The scope and correct use of copy paper |
|
1、 Application scope of copy paper
Copy paper is a special paper for copier, but it is not only used in copier, it has a wide range of applications, but also can be used in needle printer, laser printer, inkjet printer and other equipment with low output effect requirements, especially in needle printer and laser printer.
2、 Correct use of copier
Copy paper is one of the most consumed materials in the electrostatic copier, which is the embodiment of copy quality. Therefore, we must pay great attention to the correct use of copy paper. Although the loading and placing of paper in electrostatic copying is a small matter, there are certain considerations, otherwise it is easy to jam.
1: For the semi-circular transfer of copy paper (because the paper needs to turn 180 degrees), the light convex side of the copy paper should be downward, if the concave side is downward, it is not easy to separate. In a copier with horizontal transport, the smooth side of the paper should be upward.
2: When taking out the copy paper, it should be stacked. The lower part of the upper stack paper and the upper part of the lower stack paper should not be put into the same paper supply box.
3: Before loading and placing the copy paper, the paper should be fully twisted to reduce the adhesion between the paper and the paper
a. Take a stack of copy paper and hold both ends of the copy paper with both hands. One end should be pinched tightly, and the other end should be relaxed and pinched. Then bend to one side, and then pinch and straighten the paper with both hands to form a small arc, so that the air enters the gap of the copy paper. This action is repeated in the other direction.
b. Then the cutting part (knife edge) is opened.
c. Hold one end of the copy paper and shake off the pieces of paper and paper wool.
